Customer Satisfaction Survey

This clarification text is intended for the processing of your personal data by the Multigen Genetic Diseases Evaluation Center Company, which acts as the data controller, within the framework of the Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles to be Complied with in Fulfilling the Obligation of Clarification with Article 10 of the Law on the Protection of Personal Data (“KVKK”) No. 6698. It has been prepared to inform you about its purposes, legal reasons, collection method, to whom it can be transferred and your rights under KVKK.

The name, surname, title, personal data you share through the customer satisfaction survey form are processed for the purpose of carrying out customer relations and satisfaction management processes regarding the services offered by our company, and activities for customer satisfaction.

The personal data in question is required to be processed for the legitimate interests of the data controller, provided that it does not harm the fundamental rights and freedoms of the data subject, and "obligatory for the data controller to fulfill its legal obligations" in Article 5 of the KVKK. It is processed non-automatically based on the reasons and will only be shared with the relevant judicial authorities in legal disputes.
