In accordance with this goal, we have the following goals;
- To provide a healthy, fast and reliable service,
- To ensure that genetic tests are economical and of high quality,
- To ensure the continuity of the satisfaction of the employees and the customers,
- To ensure continuous development and setting new targets, and to ensure that processes are improved by reviewing them,
- To comply with the Management Systems Requirements and all applicable laws and regulations to better understand and meet customer demands and expectations in the field of service, and to follow up the compliance,
- To provide all kinds of resources, to ensure the exercising of responsibilities and authorities to establish and achieve quality targets; and to review them every three months,
- To consuct risk assessment for the already implemented and newly planned processes to minimize the risks in all service areas,
- To ensure that good professional practices and fit for purpose analysis are carried out, to ensure that conformity is achieved with the requirements set forth in the standards, professional principles and ethical rules; and to ensure the effectiveness of laboratory services and Management Systems in line with the principle of continuous improvement,
- To be a modern laboratory that continuously produces knowledge by utilising well-trained personnel who is aware of and applies the quality management system documentation by using accepted testing methods and advanced devices,
- To ensure the integrity and development of all processes necessary to meet the needs and requirements of those benefiting from laboratory services,
- To evaluate customer demands by taking them into consideration and carrying out improvement activities, and increasing customer satisfaction,
- To instill the management and personnel in all departments and units with an awareness of high quality service as and to ensure that employees participate in quality improvement activities by creating training programs,
- To ensure that the management system is communicated to employees and understood by them,
The top management will express the importance of fulfilling both customer and legal requirements at every stage of the organizational structure. At the same time, it will evaluate the realization of the objectives and targets through management meetings and monitoring and measurement.
